One thing I've noticed about these pictures, is that they tend to be quite busy. There's not a lot of use of blank space. My first thought of this picture was that it seems rather busy for an ukiyoe.

The quality of AI videos Is getting really amazing. I wonder how the courts will handle it when they start making new movies using famous dead actors in them. Or what kind of panic will occur when an image of Putin says he has declared war on a country and bombs will start falling shortly? AI has the ability to be used for some really evil things but also is proving useful in good things. How will we control it's use now that it's been released on us?

And I've only been using the free Dall-E via MS Copilot. The latest tools are much more sophisticated than I've been using to generate images here.They are really great. Lately, on FB groups devoted to Japanese arts a lot of these pop up as "genuine ukiyo-e". Isn't AI fun?
