Noto Fugu Karaage for 730 yen? That's what I would have ordered! What the heck even is that? Is it fugu AND karaage? For that price?!? I'm so very curious!
Just deep fried fugu, whole, each maybe 12-15cm long. Our group shared a couple of those plates--I think it was two fish per plate. Kind of eat any flesh off the bones. Fugu, at least cooked this way, is not what I'd order/choose, and IMO there are better dishes/fish to spend my appetite on. But when out with others, variety is good.Noto Fugu Karaage for 730 yen? Oh, that doesn't sound so good...my wife once ordered deep fried flounder, which is another fish I like, but by deep frying it, the restaurant just destroyed that fish. Fugu as sashimi is delicious. I've left this shot bigger, so you can see the birds, hopefully. I ride by this view a lot--it's a summer nesting are for Sagi/Ao-sagi. They come back to this place every year. All the white there--birds. Maybe even a little more visible in the reflections.
Same from me. (and I'd've ignored those no photography signs, too)Welcome back, @イェンス. Thanks for sharing!![]()
