What type of Japanese porcelain ?

I just got this nice plate , i am wondering how to find out what is it call and how to date it, It have raising in side of it and the rim was gold and it have some blue rings around the foot. How kind i find how to date Japanese porcelain by these Blue Rings ?

From the very little I know, because it doesn't have markings of any craftsman or kiln on the bottom, might this suggest it's modern factory-made? I'm not sure it's possible to age it by the design. The same designs get recycled decade after decade even century after century. I visited Kyushu Ceramic Museum recently and saw pieces 100s of years old that wouldn't look out of place in my local department store. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I do know the table is 1940s, probably Mahogany, called a pie crust table...
