You seem to be referring to 岡崎体育's 潮風, the opening theme song of an anime 舟を編む, but your lyrics is wrong. I googled, listened the song and got that the actual lyrics would be like below.

潮風薫りゆく 浜辺に浮かべば繋がりは一つに
This could be also wrong. You need to wait until the song is released so that you can get the correct one.
