I would love to say I knew what it was instantly, but actually I thought it was Rousoku myself. Google set me straight, as it does so many times.

Given that it was obviously a transportation company and 速 isn't an uncommon kanji to see in that context, it never even crossed my mind to google it. Now I see why the license plates from the all say なにわ instead of using kanji.
What kind of deity would a fictional god titled "Jūgami" (じゅうがみ) be?
googles guess would be "god of guns".
If it isn't close enough to intuitively mean "God of Beasts", could you provide an alternative?
I'm interested in correlating real Kami, but for my purpose only (fictional) ones with the role included in their title/name will do.

獣神 means "God of Beasts", but the common reading is "Jūshin" or "Jūjin", not "Jūgami".

The reading is "Yajūshin" or "Yajūjin", meaning "God of Wild Beasts", but it's less common than 獣神.

女獣神 "Mejūshin / Onnajūshin" means "Goddess of Beasts".

The Naniwa I was familiar with was 難波. 浪速 is a new one to me.
Perhaps the use of hiragana on the license plates reflects the fact that there are multiple ways to write this name with kanji.
By the way, here is one dictionary's discussion of the origin of the name (as usual with a name so old, there are numerous competing theories): 浪速

Although somewhat different in appearance, the second character appears to be 純. If that is correct, then the two characters together are probably a person's given name. There are multiple possibilities for the reading of this name, including あけすみ and あかすみ.
