I found an old Japanese game.

I have no idea what the name of this game is. I haven't been able to find out anything about it. Perhaps a translation would help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. The links below show the game, the outer box, and an inside label.

The round label was photographed upside down. It says:

The flag says 優賞, literally "superior prize". Just some flavor text, nothing important.
