Is your intention that all sentences should be correct, or are you intending to ask your students to choose the correct sentence from each group? I'm guessing the former, but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for the help, eeky.
To tell you the truth, I give Japanese-to-English translation lessons to my students. It is really difficult for a person like me, who is not so fluent in English. That's why I'm posting various sentences that my students or I made. I'd like native speakers to check if they are all right or not.

1a could be a single sentence if you use a semi-colon to join the two parts.

Thank you all for your help.

1b) "Look at that black cloud. It's raining soon."
1b is unnatural but understandable.

3a) The baby can barely stand up, but cannot walk yet.
3b) The baby can barely stand, but cannot walk yet.
'but' is odd here, it should be 'and'.
'barely' here mean they can just manage to stand (implying not for long), so the contrast of 'but' doesn't make sense.

9a) My house is a ten-minute walk from Osaka Station.
9b) My house is ten minutes' walk from Osaka Station.
That should "ten minute" and "ten minutes" respectively, no need for - or ' here.
10a) "Does it rain much around here in (the) summer?" "Yes, it does."
10b) "Does it often rain around here in (the) summer?" "Yes, it does."
10c) "Does it rain a lot around here in (the) summer?" "Yes, it does."
All are fine. I feel like including the 'the' is more natural, but without it also works.

8a) It takes about three hours to go to the village by train.
8b) It takes about three hours to get to the village by train.
8a is not definitely wrong, but it does not seem tremendously natural to me.

9a) My house is a ten-minute walk from Osaka Station.
9b) My house is ten minutes' walk from Osaka Station.
I disagree with the previous answer about these. The hyphen and the apostrophe are both correct.
