こんにちは、宿題をチェックしてください.

I went through lesson 7 and I need to see if I am on the right path so far. This lesson was focused mainly on using います。

Sentence 1 In English:
Mary is reading a book right now
Sentence 1 In Japanese:
メアリーさんはいまほんをよんでいます。

Sentence 2 In English:
Takeshi has come to japanese to study japanese
Sentence 2 In Japanese:
たけしさんはにほんににほんごをべんきょうしてました。

Sentence 3 In English:
Mary is swimming.
Sentence 3 In Japanese:
メアリーさんはおよいでいます。

Sentence 4 In English:
Mary is taking pictures.
Sentence 4 In Japanese:
メアリーさんはしゃしんをとっています。

Sentence 5 In English:
Mary is listening to music.
Sentence 5 In Japanese:
メアリーさんはおんがくをききています。

Sentence 6 In English:
Mary is going to meet Takeshi to drink coffee at the coffee store

メアリーさんとたけしさんはきっさてんコーヒーをのんでいます。

Sentence 7 In English:
Mary Is Playing Tennis

Sentence 8 In English:
Takeshi has long hair

Sentence 9 In English:
Takeshi is not eating, because he is sleeping right now.

たけしさんは晩御飯をたべていません。寝ますから。

Mary has gone to China.
Sentence 10 In Japanese:
メアリーさんはちゅうごくに行っています。

You missed "has come to". #10 "has gone to = 行っています" is a significant clue to the correct answer.
べんきょうしてました means "was studying".

Check again about the -te form of verbs.

You missed "is going to meet".

Your answer is correct, but doesn't the textbook offer you another structure using ～ています?

9)
晩御飯 isn't there.
"Is sleeping right now" is present progressive.

10)
行ってしまいました/行きました also can work.

Sentence 6: ( I'm really not sure how to write it, as they didn't have a sentence this complex as of yet but I just took a shot at it ) , the previous thing I wrote was a broken down easier one)
メアリーさんと武は会って、きっさてんに行って、コーヒーのんでいます。
Sentence 8: Nope, and that was just a small filler they showed explaining why you should use が to describe a persons physical attribute rather than は。
Sentence 9: I see so 晩御飯 is not valid since the "is the sleeping now" is currently taking progress.
Sentence 10: Thank you for that, I will keep it in mind.

Should メアリーさ be mark by は and たけしさん by と ? is it interchangeable ?

メアリーとたけしは... Mary and Takeshi... (do something jointly).
メアリーはたけしと会う Mary meets (with) Takeshi (に会う is also possible).

You are getting close, though. After the 会って, try "going (in order) to drink coffee" rather than "goes, then drinks coffee".

8.
~をする (in te-iru form) can be used to describe having a physical feature.

9. It's not that you can't use 晩御飯 it's that you can't say 寝ます for "is sleeping". (and the original didn't specify what he was or wasn't eating).

side note: 寝る is "in bed" or at least lying down, 眠る is "eyes closed/unconscious". So you can use the former if someone has "gone to bed" even if you don't know that they're actually sleeping, and the latter if they're napping in a chair.

Hmm, is this a better way then? メアリーとたけしはきっさてんでコーヒーをのむにあっていました。
Btw I changed the context from is going to meet, to has met (ています -> ていました)

I would use something along the lines of マリアはたけしと会って（喫茶店に)コーヒーを飲みに行く

Just make sure to note the difference:
メアリーとたけしは…する (Mary and Takeshi do something)
メアリーはたけしと…する (Mary does something with Takeshi)

I think using ために is better for sentence 6 to mark the purpose of planned action.
メアリーさんはたけしさんときっさてんでコーヒーをのむために会う
