Hello.
There's some more English paragraph that I need to translate into Japanese. I would appreciate it if anyone helps me translate this paragraph into a more accurate Japanese paragraph. Here I include my attempt of the translation.

The development of multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) fabrication using the tape casting and ceramic-electrode cofiring processes during the 1970s and 1980s expanded the range of ceramic capacitor application to larger capacitances and higher voltages depending on whether the layers were arranged in series or parallel. At present, more than 〖10〗^12 barium titanate–based MLCC are manufactured each year. Ceramic capacitors are not limited to barium titanate MLCC. A wide range of ceramic formulations has been developed, some with very high dielectric constants but usually with large temperature/voltage coefficients, and others with lower dielectric constants but lower, and in some cases near zero, temperature/voltage coefficients.

Is this for your school work or for some paid professional translation you're doing?

Please help me translate this one English sentence into Japanese

Hello.
Can someone please help me translate this sentence into Japanese?

A wide range of ceramic formulations has been developed, some with very high dielectric constants but usually with large temperature/voltage coefficients, and others with lower dielectric constants but lower, and in some cases near zero, temperature/voltage coefficients.

Here is my first attempt:
広い範囲のセラミック製剤が開発されており、一部は非常に高い誘電率を持っているが、通常は大きな温度/電圧係数を持っていて、その他は低い誘電率を持っているが、 より低い(0に近い場合もある)温度/電圧係数を持っている。

Here is my second attempt:
広い範囲のセラミック製剤が開発されており、通常大きな温度/電圧係数の非常に高い誘電率を持っている物もあるし、誘電率は低くて温度/電圧係数がより低い物(0に近い場合もある)もある。

When talking about products, "wide range of" should be translated as さまざまな or 多様な since in such a case it can be rephrased as "various".
I have near zero knowledge of ceramic formulation, thus the rest of the translation is beyond me. I hope some other members will help you out.

Thank you for your reply, but can you at least check if my grammar is correct?

Not a translation (I wouldn't like to even attempt technical writing in Japanese) but a suggestion.

I think you'd find it worth your while to go to J-Stage, find a few papers (many have free PDFs) in Japanese for your topic, and read those first to get a better idea of language/phrasing.
