Need a Kanji Translated? Just ask!

I know a few people who have picked out a new English (first) name, but nobody who translated their old one - or got it tattooed on them. :emoji_wink:

@dh82

In the middle 愛心 - loving heart
On the left I can't read entirely but it starts with 高野山 which is "Mount Koya" so it's probably something about the place where you received it.

Hello.
Could someone help me by translating the below image?
Thank you so much

Good Morning! Would anybody be able to help with a translation at all? My friend brought it back from Japan when she worked there about 10 years ago but still doesn't know what it means! I took a photo with my phone so hopefully it comes out and I figure out how to attach it! Thanks so much, Andrew.

Mixture of 遊 and 逝??

Anyway, your picture is rotated 90 degrees to the left.

It's puzzling if it's not a real character because it looks to be be very competently drawn, not the sort of messy execution normally associated with erroneous characters.

Do you think it is a character deliberately invented to suggest a meaning?

I just asked my friend and she said the following if it helps at all:

"I was told it meant love by the artist personally, but assumed i remembered wrong because it didn't match anything i could find. It was almost ten years ago. He was an Aikido master in Japan. I don't think he'd make a mistake."

The component in the center-left could be 方 in cursive or semi-cursive style, so it might be 遊 "play".

不撓不屈
futōfukutsu
unflagging / indomitable / never-give-up

Hi,
I recently found what appear to be 3 kimonos in a dresser I bought from a thrift shop. They were all wrapped in paper like the attached image. I was wondering what the wrappings translate to. Thanks so much!
Update added a better resolution picture to make it easier.
