Yes, there are her "best hits" compilations available.
Search at Amazon.co.jp shows the song is found in almost all of her compilation albums.

The top 2 rows of albums all have the song 愛は惜しみなく (Ai wa oshiminaku).
However, I doubt whether you can buy one from your country. :?
