Kanji Chart with meaning in Japanese school grade order?

This is a simple enough post, but I cannot seem to find this... I'm trying to have some sort of site or reference with kanji in the order they are presented in Japanese schools with the meaning, and on and kun readings. The purpose being for a quick reference for a few kanji games I'm testing out now.

Any one know one?

You can also get one or two compounds to click the kanji.

Ooo, not bad. I'm hoping to find one that has them categorized with the Japanese reading and core meaning in English but this is the best yet so far.

why is it when I click on that link I get garbage such as:
‹³ˆçŠ¿Žš@¬ŠwZˆê"NiŠ¿ŽšŒŸ'è10‹‰j

This is strange since I have been learning Japanese, and I use IME pad and can type in japanese and also see most all pages. It is just once and a while a web site will look like this (seems like the characters are completely foriegn to my computer and do not have ability to read them)
I use Mozilla as a browser. Again most of the websites appear fine, just some bad apples.

You need to change the character encoding so it can recognize the output. In FireFox click the view tab and go to the character encoding sub tab to change it.
