Hm...
How about:
"I saw my teacher going to the park by car."
「先生が車で公園に行くのを見ました。」か「先生が車で公園に行っているのを見ました。」
What I'm getting at is, is the verbs in Japanese that do not provide the same "ongioing action" in the ~ている form that English does. Like, "I'm going" would seem to be
「行っている」, but it's not.
How about:
