my confusing in kanji reading ...

I study Japanese for year ago in my university and my teachers very good in their teaching ....
and I can study kanji in fast eye in writing and meaning , but my problem I feel confusing in KUN and ON reading ....
my book is organized and every kanji has KUN and ON and some examples
but this kanji 4 example 日 ひ has many KUN and many ON reading ...
and also my problem I don't know when I use every reading of it like
び ひ に にち じつ i don't know use every one and that was easy example and I have 100 kanji until now confusing in most them and sometimes I forget
most of them ...
my teacher told me that I had to study them as they are
so what's the best way to study them without forgotten or confusing

Learn them in some context in conjunction with vocabulary study. Trying to memorize the kanji and the various readings with no context is frustrating and ineffective.

I do what did you say .... but the problem if I read something and I have this kanji with new kanji I didn't learn before , HERE I can't recognise this new word ....

for example .. in mY book there many example about 日 but じつ was not exist so when I saw it in 休日 so I was shocked when I know
that 日 read じつ

Did you expect to learn everything at once? You can expect to have that "problem" for a long time to come. Get used to it.

When you learn a new kanji, it's a good idea to look up a few common words to go with it. Especially if there are things like 今日/明日/昨日 which don't follow the normal patterns. This is also why it is good to know how to look up kanji by radical, so you can find words in a dictionary even without knowing the reading.

Native speakers also have this problem on occasion - there are quizzes for difficult/trick readings all over the place.

maybe because I'm new in Japanese , I have to get long time and study more and more to improve my Japanese ....

Basically, you just need to increase your vocabulary. As you do, you'll find it easier to guess words - i.e. if you've learnt 部長 and 学校, then both the reading and meaning of 校長 come much easier.

There are some that only have one reading, so in that case, sure, remember that (I believe 駅 is one of them, unless there are some special readings I don't know, and 液 might be another).

thank you and (like 今日/明日/昨日), this two kanji but read like one and that exception , you're right

so I just need more time to learn and study more vocabularies and I'll do that
after finishing my exam and I have to study 100 kanji and a lot of words because I have Japanese exam in 2/10

Don't learn 休日 the first, but only きゅうじつ。 (the word by itself)
After you learn that "kyujitsu" in Japanese is "day off", now you can learn the way you have to write it. But firstly learn the word itself. As if you were learning vocabulary but not kanji.
For example, I learned that "SEKININ" is "resposability" in Japanese. After that I could learn that the Kanji 責 is pronouced SEKI and the Kanji 任 is pronounced NIN. So, thanks to learn a word I learn two kanji's pronunciations.
It's something like learning English spelling.

Good example with きゅうじつ however, these same kanji is read きゅうび in 定休日and with that being said I recommend this person to just read many examples using 日 and just write them in flash cards and practice the examples, not the on and kun readings and that way, he/she won't have problems by being confused whether to use kun or on readings on a certain word.
