Because it's one possible question to the answer that you were looking to have corrected（（引越しまで）後一週間）. If you need an ending, which isn't normally required, put です、あります、となった。。。There's no があります either in the question or the answer.

Anyway, I do hope the practice was useful since I was equally tired. ....Next time, though, just take advantage of your luck and don't ask too many questions.

Yes, the language was a bit technical for me but the jist is these Toyota (maybe others) models with built in collison avoidance systems or camaras/monitors that will act as sensors to evade oncoming obstacles/traffic are hampered by a limited range. They need to be supplemented with unobstructed human vision.

So the sentence reads : Please check (confirm) the safety around your vehicle directly.

In another scene, when Nobita is retrieving a shuttlecock on the roof, he says "よ、よ、よしきた。" What does "yoshikita" mean? Does it mean, "Great! I'm here"

人知れず is modifying 選ぶ. That means 人に知られずに/人に知られないように; "without anyone knowing". If modifying (辛い)道, the conjugation should be 人知れぬ/人の知らない.
And 選ぶ is modifying 私, 応援してくれる is modifying あなた. It's the complicated structure...
