Off topic: Back seat belting.... Cheese

This apparently is the biggest block in the world.

Hey, did you know they actually make SPAM with cheese!?? Wow. I wonder what kind they use?

Oh yeah!

artificial additives, colours, preservatives and hormones. Yum yum!

Maybe eating that crud makes it so you need laws to dictate your every move?

When I was young, I used to love bags of cheese curds. Now they seem to have grown into barrels! Oooooooooh. Orochi, did you ever try curds?

Kurds, you say? I hear that cheese is one of the main staples of their diet:

Plain yogurt is another staple, along with cheese. Kurdish families make their own yoghurt, a simple process that depends on a live yogurt culture, which is added to milk and causes it to ferment.

Mmm. I bet that Kurdish yogurt is good! :gohan:

Maybe, Jimmy. Personally, I like a nice hot curry followed by a yogurt drink. I forget what that is called. No cheese in it, though. Ever tried it?

I had no idea that there were over 1000 entries in the national cheese contest in 2005...

Ever hear of paneer pakora? No curdled milk. Spicy, though.

Actually, it's getting late. I think I'll have a bedtime snack and then read for a while. Read a book, that is. My favorite snack is right here. Cottage CHEESE, blueberries, lemon zest, honey, mashed bananas, and cinnamon. Good night for now.

It doesn't look very good to me though.. :/
Only cheese! There should be something else too..

Growing up in Wisconsin, liking cheese is just a given. I believe Wisco won the most prizes this year at the national cheese competition. I think it was 92 ribbons. California was 2nd at 45 or something like that.

We go to a great little cheese factory in Theresa Wisconsin called "Widmers". They have the best brick cheese around. That with some pickles and a beer is a truly great snack! mmmm!

I am not a cheese snob though. I like process cheese too. I especially like the little smoked cheeses that are individually wrapped in Japan.
