saikin watashi wa yoku ryokou suru. NYC ni ittari, San Fran ni mo ittari, Minn ni mo ittari suru. Natsu ga dai suki desu.

Then can you help me translate this into Japanese.

I haven't really kept in touch with Tony. After high school we went our seperate ways. I am glad to see that you are keeping busy. And yes, I love summer as well. I am trying to plan a trip to Japan soon! It's a hard thing to plan!

Well, keep in touch!

Thanks! Kyle

Did you mean "help me translate this" or "help me by translating this for me". They're very different.

Lately I've been travelling a lot, to New York, San Francisco, even Minnesota (I guess that's what Minn is supposed to be). I love summer.

How about you give the second one a shot, and we'll help (since that's what you asked for)

This was repeated in another thread and is being worked on.

Here : Need a word or phrase translated?

Now, feel free as you like to pitch in with the rest...👍

So I'll reply here.:)

After high school we went our seperate ways.
If the sentence means "After (graduated) high school", it would be translated as something like "高校を卒業したあと/出たあと、私達は別々の道へ進みました。"
Probably that's the reason the speaker hasn't kept in touch with Tony ,in my opinion.

ああ、なるほど。高校卒業後 may be more in the scope of "post high school graduation" or "after graduating high school."

And I'm still curious, though... 道を歩きました(道を行った??) is OK in addition to 道へ進みました。 ??

If this was a romantic relationship, you may want to add we broke up and went our seperate ways. 私達は別れて、別々の道へ進みました。。。:(

Ah, Elizabeth, you already added the word "窶伉イ窶ケテ? in your post in that thread, while I'm writing.😌
