ArmandV, you know Hakata/Fukuoka (great fotos, by the way, I love that place very much!!), and I suppose, also its early China connections, that alone would be a reason to include China now and then, not to mention Kyoto versus Xian.

Thanks. I made a whirlwind tour of Kyushu last April and had an interesting mix of weather. I didn't notice much Chinese influence, but I wasn't really looking for it either. I'll have to look for it the next time I go.

They had very early contacts with China, thus the ancient (pretty big and open for visitors) welcome hall for the old Chinese in the center of town. It all went via this place. I don't know its actual name, but you can hardly miss it. Its in or near a park, and there was a stadium nearby, not too far from Fukuoka part. As far as I know, they were the first hello to and thus influence from China.
As for history, of major importance!
I have also been on the tower and several other places, its such a joy, to see your very clear pics. I love this multifaced town! Thanks a lot for posting !

No problem, its provable not paranoid, if everyone can check this on even 4 fotos at the same time now

Such accusers of paranoia may have a problem themselves, at least for example with their glasses, hehe
