早く病院を治したかったら、医者の言うことを聞くしかない。 First of all, this sentence contains an error...that is unless it's supposed to be a joke of some sort.
Change 病院 to 病気 if one is talking about getting an illness treated. Maybe this was why it looked odd to you?
The corrected sentence means "If you want your illness to be cured, you'll have no choice but to listen to the doc."
ということで、勿論太って帰ってきました。
今言えることは黒川さんのご冥福をお祈りします、ってことだけです。
....... :clueless:
Okay, it's not really a translation question, but I'll ask it anyways. Do any of you know what is the difference between "aoi sora" and "aozora"? I know that both mean "blue sky" but then what's the difference? :?

(Also, a big gold star to undrentide for learning Hungarian!!!)
味は明日の朝わかるんだけど .... shall know the taste tomorrow morning
お味は如何ほど?taste undecided :?
Am I understanding these sentences correctly.皆さん ,おしえてください![]()
Hi hi, I'm new here, and I just had a quick question about a sign I'm trying to write for my Baseball team (which is kicking butt like omg!)
It's for Kazuo Matsui, and I wanted to write a sign in Japanese, so I'd just like to make sure what I have is correct to prevent me from looking foolish~
松井 頑張って!
Yep, that took me forever to do, haha. ^^;
Anyways, thank you very much for your time considering this n00b's question~!
m(_ _)m
Where did you get the 'undecided' part from?
お味は如何ほど? means "How is (was) the taste?"
I don't understand....is this saying I make foolish mistakes ??うっかり間違えちゃうね~ .... typo ....![]()
You won't look foolish. You will only look feminine with that sign. But if you want to go feminine in a better-sounding way, add さん to 松井 to obtain the right balance with that nice and gentle 'って' ending.
Hi there....I think it's great you guys are personally translating things for people!
I was wondering if you could translate a few sentences from English to Japanese for me if it's not too much trouble...xD

Last night I was watching that TV show with whatever-her-name 'Sensei' (the fortune-teller) on it, and her guest was a model who had lived in America. The phrase 日本かぶれ or 外国かぶれ kept being used. What does かぶれ mean exactly and how do I use it?
As a side note, I'd like to add that かぶれ originally means a kind of skin disease (got irritation and/or rash on the skin by poison ivy etc.) so ~かぶれ is normally used with negative connotation. It's the noun suffix 気触れ, derived from 気触れる, meaning "to be influenced" by something.
名詞の下に付いて、影響を受けてその風(ふう)に染まる意を表す。
「西洋―」「英国―」
