My question is, what is 創りし and 宿りし? also, why is 移し used instead of 移せ?

I believe it's a particle used in classical Japanese. Can't remember off hand what its purpose is exactly, but suffice it to say that it isn't something you'll need to know how to use unless you decide to study classical Japanese.

It's past tense and is used before nouns. In modern Japanese those two lines would be:

クロウの作ったカードよ
カードに宿った魔力をこの鍵に移し

I'm even more confused after asking a native friend their opinion on all the above only to receive this rather interesting note in response. I don't have the background, or frankly interest, to decipher and elaborate on the cryptic intricacies of it all, but anyone who is interested in going deeper, into 文語体 or whatever, is more than willing to comment.
