The spell was:

クロウの創りしカードよ
我が鍵に力を貸せ
カードに宿りし魔力をこの鍵に移し
我に力を

My question is, what is 創り and 宿り? also, why is 移し used instead of 移せ?

I believe it's a particle used in classical Japanese. Can't remember off hand what its purpose is exactly, but suffice it to say that it isn't something you'll need to know how to use unless you decide to study classical Japanese.

It's past tense and is used before nouns. In modern Japanese those two lines would be:

クロウの作ったカードよ
カードに宿った魔力をこの鍵に移し

I'm even more confused after asking a native friend their opinion on all the above only to receive this rather interesting note in response. I don't have the background, or frankly interest, to decipher and elaborate on the cryptic intricacies of it all, but anyone who is interested in going deeper, into 文語体 or whatever, is more than willing to comment. 👍

クロウの創りしカードよ
↑クロウの創ったカードよ

カードに宿りし魔力を
↑カードに宿っている魔力を

古典語ではなく文語体とよばれています。
通常話しているのは口語体です。

This is the definition you get from daijirin

〔補説〕 過去回想の助動詞「き」の連体形。「若かりし時」など現代語では慣用的な言い方としてのみ用いられる
→き(助動)

私たちが普段話しているのも書いているのも口語体です ね。
