looking for information of watching japanese dramas from the US

I'm looking for a website that will let me watch Japanese dramas (old and new).
I'm very home sick for watching. any help will be much appreciated.

The only thing that comes to mind is Youtube.

I am pretty sure that there are web-based programmes on say real-player, but I don't know how much mainstream media is available by this means.
