Graduation from International School Located Overseas
National Information Center for Academic Recognition Japan (NIC-Japan) is Japan's official national information center in accordance with the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Regional Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education (the Tokyo Convention).www.nicjp.niad.ac.jp
But it's probably unusual for domestically educated students because the school year is April to March and the birthday cut off is also April to March.
So if you enter at age 6 as is usual you should be 18 after finishing 12 years.

If a person having particularly superior nature in the field that a university establishes in a person (the person who or follows this) who was in the high school more than two years is the early college entrance to the graduate school if it is the early college entrance to the university, the person who acquired the unit that a graduate school establishes in people (the person who or follows this) at school more than three years by excellent results flies and can enter the university.
But it is necessary for the university (graduate school) to meet necessary requirements when I accept a free participation student.
