Correct definition of いまさら .... のもな～

This grammar structure confused me and i can't seem to find any definition about it, so much thanks if anyone in this sub could help explain it's meaning clearly.
A character wishing to stay with the new nice people who helped her at a fishing village .( she's currently stay with 2 other people inside a shack)

「このあと、どうしよっかな～」

「A-sanもB-sanもいい人だし、もっと一緒にいられればいいんだけどな～」

「でも……ここでの暮らしを知っちゃったら、いまさら堺に戻るのもな～」( i could only guess based on context that this mean something like :" Now i came here, i don't want to go back to... at all" could be wrong though)

Assuming you got the kanji right and 堺 means a place called Sakai then it would be something like:

But... once I get used to this lifestyle, then it would be too late to go back to Sakai...

Once you know how good the life here is, there's no going back to Sakai.

Edit: or, "Once you've had a taste of the good life here, there's no going back to Sakai.

That's right. Incidentally, のもな is not a set phrase or something. な is a sentence ending particle, and what follows のも is omitted since it's obvious from the context. For example, いまさら堺に戻るのも気が乗らないな makes more sense, maybe?
