Just found this out yesterday at the post office. Luckily my letter was going to Sweden and not Norway.

The article is almost two years old and those bans have long been lifted.
However, JP is currently not accepting airmail to many European countries because of the lack of flights to Europe due to the war. Yesterday I sent two of my nieces birthday presents and had to do it by surface mail.

Yes I realize that the info is 2 years old, but at the post office yesterday it appeared new restrictions are also in place. I didn't see an update on the web regarding new restrictions, so I guess this post was just to info that going to the post office and mailing overseas mail one may be affected.
