Help translating a yosegaki hinomaru

Hello, I have this flag in my possession and plan on displaying it and I would like a full translation if possible. I can provide further pictures if needed. I am hoping the unit can be identified as well as the owner.

We'll see what the experts say but I don't feel like it's authentic. (It may be vintage of course.)
There's no identifying information for the recipient. All the names are last name only. All the writing appears to be written by only one person.
I'm not sure about the writing quality itself. It seems a little odd to me but I'm not an expert on that point. The stamp says:
？菜書食郵便 ie it's related to the post office not a temple.

It's a "Tojo" flag. Some of them were done by USA Seabees to be sold as souvenirs to other american soldiers, it's called Tojo as some have the name of the Japanese leader. We have seen before Chinese copies in this forum. Expert will tell you which one it is but it didn't belonged to any soldier, that's for sure.

That would explain why some of the brush strokes look more like how one would write cursive in English with strokes doubling back on other strokes.

The stamps are reversed, and 食製郵便葉書 (or even the order 食郵便製葉書) doesn't make sense at all. Just by this fact, the flag is clearly a fake.

the reversed (= correct) version
