Yuriko Hatta Looking for a friend of a friends father (yeah, I know, long shot)

A brief introduction: I'm a haifu USAF service brat whose father was stationed @ Misawa AFB in the late 60s-early 70s (67-72 specifically). My friends father was also stationed there and we all lived in the on base family housing units. Her father had a *friend*, Yuriko Hatta, who had an address stamp made so that he could write her letters. He insists that this was before he got married so the time period of last known address is late 50s-60s. So, short of hiring a PI are there any online resources for doing a records search? All I have is this(english part of the stamp):
"Miss Yuriko Hatta xxx Azayashiki Tosaki Cho Okazakishi Aichiken "

While that precise address (perhaps unsurprisingly) is not turning up on a modern day Google Maps search, I did find the office of a registered building inspector/land surveyor named Katsuhiko Hatta in that exact vicinity (Azayashiki, Tosaki-cho, Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture).

There is also a company, 八田建設会社 (Hatta Construction), in the same general area:

Of course, there's no way to say for sure, but it certainly would not shock me if these were her relatives.

There is no building/house at the address. It's a parking lot now.
