YouTube deletes 30,000 Japanese copyright clips on request

I don't think that they will. Youtube will delete them and people will upload them again...simple as that. I seriously doubt that Youtube will ban people for uploading videos.

But my friend's account has been suspended for about a month now....
All the videos he had uploaded there were his dancing to Japanese pop songs.

By the way, another friend of mine ACCIDENTALLY (well, he said "accidentally" , ) found PornoTube.
I wonder why this site is not banned, it's baaad for sure.

The reason is that several Japanese companies through a proxy ordered youtube to remove them or prepare to be sued for copyright infringement.

Well yes copyright infringement is important stuff, but I miss my Road of Major videos!!!

Uh oh, gotta check my youtube account to see if my Shachi and Shaka Labbits PVs are gone too!

They're called PVs for a reason... They are to promote the band! If not for Youtube I seriously would never even have considered J-music...

Seems like people started to massive upload copyrighted stuff again. lol

They can't stop them or would have to sue people one by one or shut down the entire site, but even then it would just move to another one like: My Veoh

They cut themselves off from other countries.
An example, if I had never watched some Naruto vids on youtube, I would never have bought the Naruto DVDs.

They should strike some sort of deal with Youtube, or make it so Youtube splits vids into two categories; pay and free. To get into the pay section you have to pay a yearly fee of $15 or something - the millions of people doing this would make youtube able to pay licencing fees to companys and have some profit as well.

That is hard to type, i'm still getting used to this new browser I got: Firefox (whoopeeee *clap**clap*)

Oh and VeohTV is an awesome downloadable program from Veoh, you can get all your Anime needs on it, download it directly to PC etc, VEOHTV has it's own search function, and has channels etc. It truly is amazing.
