I have another WWII sword tang that I would like translation help with.

Sorry to say the writing is fake. Probably put on the sword to make it look legitimate

Top 藤原囗周之作 Made by Fujiwara ?-chika. The writing is terrible. The third kanji is particularly horrible.
Bottom 濃州関住人 Resident of Seki city in Nōshū Province. Again, horrible, amateurish writing.
