③The exhibition attracted large crowds of visitors. (exhibition =展覧会,展示会)
④Curitiba needed to improve its public transportation
⑤This highway connects Kyoto and Osaka.
⑥Next the mayor turned to education. (education =教育)
⑦They extended the highway by 5 kilometers.
⑧The team consists of five people from different countries. (team = チーム)
⑨There was a large crowd of people in front of the City Hall. (City Hall =市役所)
⑩The sun went behind a cloud. (cloud =雲)

A few notes:
- add a period to ④.
- in ⑥, it is more common to place a comma after "next", and it is easier to read with this comma.
- in ⑨, "city hall" is often written without "the" in front of it, but it is OK as you have it. However, if you use "the", it is more common to write "city hall" without capital letters.
