maybe they dont have a mouse wheel. don't buy a mouse unless it has a mouse wheel people. i threw away a perfectly good non-optical two button no-wheel mouse last week. that's how much they're worth imo.

To me it's just symptomatic of the "do it for me" attitude I get so sick of running across. Part of the reason I wasn't psychologically cut out for being an English teacher. I got tired of being expected to invest more care and effort in the students' progress than the students did.

I concur...it ticks me off now and then, I'm not able to count the amount of replies I gave saying "Use the SEARCH button!"...seems we have some rather lazy people or people who didn't read the forumrules
