i dont listen japanese music while driving... guess because i still have tape deck , and only have j-pop on my computer (and too lazy to record it on tape ), and rarely alone in car...
so, i just stick to the radio, and some old tapes...

LOl I just feel kinda wierd sometimes, when Ive been in the car for an hour and I start singin out loud, then ppl look at me like "what is she singing??;" but I really dont care!!! hahaha I love to sing along with Gackt, X-Japan and Gazette

I motsly listen to Pendulum, The prodigy and Dir en grey in my car.. But I get the Pink Floyd moods sometimes tho...
