? Websites for promoting music in Japan?

We have a new member (and have had other members in the past) who want to promote their music in Japan. Do any of you know if there are any good websites to do this? I assume it would be a Japanese website, but have posts in English for music promoters who do not speak english. Here we consider self promotion on non-Japanese music a form of spam, any websites out there that welcome that type of promotion??

I know of a company called Disk Union Distribution (website here) based in Japan where you can send in a promo/sample disc. If they like it they put in their own shops and also distribute to larger stores, e.g. HMV. They either take a percentage cut from your sales, or you can pay them a lump sum upfront and get all monies from sales back.

I don't know whether this is just based in Tokyo (or one city) or whether it's countrywide, and it is dependent on them agreeing to take your music, but maybe it's a start.
