Volleyball at Yokohama

Hi.

We are currently looking for members for our mixed six-a-side volleyball team.

I apologise, but we are currently only recruiting "women" (to maintain a balance in numbers).
Recruitment Details

• Mixed-gender (18 men: 12 women).
• We aim to participate in as many competitions as possible.
• We practice at least twice a week (of course, attendance is not mandatory).
• Currently, we are forming fixed teams within a group of 30, so it would be preferable for you to be able to attend practices regularly.
• While we prefer those with experience or some level of play, we also welcome those keen to improve through practice!

Regarding the "atmosphere and culture" we desire for the team, here are the details:

• The ability to communicate respectfully about various matters (advice, team dynamics, etc.).
• A cool and strong team that surprises others.
• A team that values both mental and physical health; we aim to avoid unnecessary conflicts, and if they arise, we will resolve them through effective communication.
• An environment where both personal lives and volleyball can flourish.

-Several members can speak fluent English.

In summary, while we have quite a few hopes, we are essentially looking for a "peaceful, cool, and strong team."

Lastly, I would like to emphasise that our team members are genuinely kind and serious about improving their volleyball skills, and there's always a smile around!
