It depends on what you want to mean by "to grow". Are you going to cultivate plants?

Small hiragana/katakana is usually put lower side in horizontal writing, and right side in vertical writing, not the center of the line.

It's means that we will grow a Christmas tree

As nice gaijin-san wrote, 一緒に～ましょう means "lets' do together", thus, it invites the reader(s) to grow (a Christmas tree) together, not just "we will grow a Christmas tree".

Yes, this is ok. It should not tell nothing about Christams tree in this text. It wiil be easy to understand for readers that we are speaking about Chirstmas tree when they will visit our website.
