University of Tokyo JJ/WBGSP scholarship

hi, i applied to the masters in public policy/international program of the university of tokyo and got accepted. however, i was not able to secure a JJ/WBGSP scholarship and was later informed by the university. i would like to inquire if base on your experience, such is already final? what if there are students who rejected the scholarship, will I be considered as replacement? or do you know any organisation where i can obtain funding? thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about the programme but in terms of other scholarships, being accepted already makes it much easier. Furthermore you are going to a reputable university.

Read this for info on various scholarships for international students in Japan. I would encourage you to try those that are offered by companies.

Thanks for the information. I will check it out. Without scholarship, I will not be able to study in the univ. I might just reapply next year for the same program
