So is 企業 the subject of などとして? Namely, 企業 conclude that the 収益力 will increase?

And what does 格付けにプラスに働く mean? Especially, 〜にプラスに働く?

The subject is 日本格付研究所(JCR), as same as other sentences in the paragraph. 収益力が高まる is one of the reasons of their conclusion/judgement.

企業 is the subject of 収益力が高まる. This is はが文, like 象は鼻が長い, so it's also possible to interpret that 収益力 is the subject of 高まる, though.
