20 and 21) I think ますぜ or ますぞ is probably close, but we'll need confirmation on that.

Yes, that's pretty much what it's saying. It's used to praise yourself for a job well done, or proudly boast your handiwork.

Can you explain to me what this means in the example though
適当にやってもこのように見てのとおり出来た

適当 = suitable
やってもこのように見てのとおり = Even if you do this as you see it (is this right?)
出来た = not sure what its doing here.

適当 is used to mean "adequate", as in not trying too hard or just getting by. Try this:

（この俺様は）適当にやっても
このように見ての通りできた。（このように見ての通りすごい出来栄えだぜ/上出来じゃないか）

It's basically saying 俺ってすごいぜ！ I hope I'm not overstating that. haha

I get what you mean so basically it means being a pretentious *beep*.

what does このように見ての通り mean, however. I remember toori being "do it as you see it" something, something like 神様の言うとおりに ( as the death god says)

見ての通り is a less polite was of saying ご覧のとおり. Have you heard that before?

神様 is "god(s)", not "death god". That's 死神. As a side note, that's a Chinese translation of the title of the anime ブリーチ (http://www.soku.com/search_video/q_死神), although Wikipedia has BLEACH for some reason.

バリッと would be originally from what Glenn-san quoted, but this usage is her (or the author's, of course) original one. I think it means something like "easily".

It's the same as the above about っち. It's 余裕だよ or along the line.

Glenn-san is correct. He uses Kansai dialect, so they are equivalent to 頼むよ/頼むぜ, 行くよ/行くぜ, respectively.
