This is an update for "Today's Study" Part 1 with corrections. If any mistakes made here I'll try to correct them immediately, otherwise I believe this is all correct .

Back to studying. Had other stuff that kept me busy for a long time.

いちにち 一日 all day
いちにち indeed can mean "all day", but it's more common to be used as "a day/one day (period/time length)".

That sentence "month is day" sounds semantically odd.

何 is always pronounced なん when used with 時, 分, 秒, 日, 週, 曜日 or 年, as same as 何月.

の is a nominalizer. It's used to change a verb 読む (or a clause 私の日記を読む) into a noun. が is an object marker for 楽しい.
Where did you get that sentence from? It sounds rather awkward, like translatese.

No translatese, just the way it is being taught.

Does that mean the site/textbook you are referring to really shows that sentence? If so, I recommend not trusting it too much.

Yes, the site shows it that way. I happy to get corrections, sites as I'm finding out are not entirely right and it mixes up the mind a bit.

午 indeed can mean "noon", but this meaning is not used as a single kanji word at least in modern Japanese. It's used only in compound words such like 午前, 午後 or 正午.

My study of 気

おんよみ: き。け。

米(こめ）をふかすとき、でてくるじょう気のこと

米 （こめ）I know kome means rice, but the rest I have no idea what it may mean.

That's ふかす（蒸かす）, not ぶかす.
