Translation request WWII Medical Items

[Bougainville]

I would be very greatfull if anyone could translate these medical items for me. I'm an avid collector of WWII Japanese ordnance and militaria.

I know that the long tube contains an Iodine based substance but can't read the rest of the name.
The last part of the tin contents reads catheter but what is the full name
The tin is empty but originally contained 1cc ampoules of camphor which is the bottom name. I don't know the other ampoules were as named at the top.
The other items as well I would appreciate their names translated along with their Japanese names in digital format.

What dictionary are you using? This didn't come up for me at JDIC even with the BioMed dictionary option or at ALC.

I found it on Wikipedia. An entry (Japanese) for a WW2 medical supply kit came up, and this was listed.

I took the 沃丁 bit and put it into a search engine just out of curiosity, and it gave me some more leads. The one below sealed the deal.
