こちら means "our side".

突かれる means "to be used/be taken advantage of/be capitalized on". The subject is "we".

てもらえる is asking to do that, not "let's".

弱い means "to be troubled". She is saying that they haven't signed the treaty, so she has no way to make them reply even if they don't reply.
 
The context is: a group being lead by a monk, and the speaker seems to doubt his guidance.

Judging from the 言うとく instead of 言っとく and 戦うた instead of 戦った, I would guess Kansai. Haven't we had other speakers using Kansai-ben before?

I think the し and な are just the regular sentence ending particles with the regular meaning.
 
The subject is the monk. まで is a particle for area/limit/level, not "even", and いく is "to reach" in that sentence.

You've completely missed the second sentence. It is saying that it isn't good to overdo things, that one must not overdo things.

The context is there are 2 sides, north and south fighting, and the speaker is the 3rd party. Does this mean: they want the speaker group to interfere between the 2 sides?
 

The losing south side has come to them with a peace plan, wanting the third party to act as a go-between.
