Translation of a Burmese place name

I am looking for assistance in the translation of a Burmese place name (see attached) that is written in Kanji characters. Any help would be much appreciated. Apologies for the poor quality of the image.

I can't identify the name of the river シュウエレー or シュウェレー; something like Shuerey, Shueray, Shweray...
