疾如風徐如林侵掠如火不動如山
Hayaki(sometimes to be read as "Toki") koto kaze no gotoku, shizukanaru koto hayashi no gotoku, shinryō suru koto hi no gotoku, ugokazaru koto yama no gotoshi. as fast as the wind, as quiet as the forest, as daring as fire, and as immovable as the mountain
That is originally from The Art of War by Sun Tzu, but rather well known as the motto of the feudal lord Takeda Shingen. However, the engraved sentence lacks the last character 山[yama] "mountain", so it's incomplete and doesn't make sense.
