Translation Help

[I Am A Baka]

Alright, so I was watching an anime (trying to improve my Japanese), and I came across this "次回予告" sentence:

Alright, so it's a synopsis for the next episode. I don't quite understand the sentence though. Here's what I got:

そして僕は、グノメ族しあすおそれし怪物もきえする.

Not sure about the red parts. If anyone could help me work out what the sentence is, it'd be greatly appreciated!

Ahh, so the sentence is:

"そして僕は、グノメ族お試合する恐ろしい怪物目撃する。"

It makes more sense to me now, but I'm still not sure about the English translation.

Would it be: "And then I witnessed the Gnome Tribe and a horrible monster 試合する."

I can't say I've ever heard this suru verb before. According to the dictionary, it means "game". Could that make the sentence:

"And then I witnessed the Gnome Tribe and horrible monster (play a game)." It doesn't sound right in context. Could it be referring to a fight? As in "And then I witnessed the Gnome Tribe and horrible monster fight."

I'm not sure how to interpret this.

Soshite Boku ha Gnome-zoku wo Shihai suru Osoroshii Kaibutsu wo Mokugeki suru.

And I witness a horrible monster who rule the Gnome tribe.
