Translate Artist's name on antique woodblock

I'm hoping someone might be able to tell me who (or what) is written on this old woodblock.
The is a signature and a stamped seal (or chop) partially over it.

The black characters say May rain or early summer rain (samidare) 五月雨

The stamp is 弘明 Hiroaki. The artist is 高橋松亭 Takahashi Shōtei. (Hiroaki is his another name.)

I find if you right click on something and then hit "search the web" it gives you info on the item. Doesn't work every time , but worth a try in Windows 10.
