Hahah. This somehow sounds familiar, and I can even picture riding a train in Japan and having someone do that :-S
Not that I'd say no, but I'm a little へんたい myself, so like someone else said, I'd prob lean into it, or just turn around and put on this creepy grin to scare the groper away if I'm in a fun mood.

bah, i spent a while riding the peak hour train into/from shinjuku and the much longer tokyo/chiba train. Closest you get to being groped is squashed up against someone.
