Ive seen people Looking for their parents. I just want to know whats the best way to find someone if your not registered in japan . Im still hoping to see my Father, Toshihiro Mitsuzawa or my Brother Yuuki Mitsuzawa. Thanks

Welcome to the forum! It all depends on how much info you have on them (place of residence, work, previous addresses and phone numbers, etc). You could also consider hiring a private investigator.
