Hi, I'm just doing this for fun.

I want to translate this title of a short story called "Beautiful Red World" and the subtitle "The Citizens of The Ice Country". But can't find the words I'm looking for at the moment.

Usually English is such an exact language and it's hard to prettify some words without making it too cliche. But now surprisingly, I have this trouble with Japanese. I'm trying to think if there is any more profound word than 美しい.

Also my attempt on the subtitle:
氷の国の市民 or 氷の国の人?

I don't think the first one sounds as edgy though? I'm not sure. Might be grammatically incorrect too orz.

Perhaps someone may have a better suggestion?

Is the title supposed to mean "Beautiful and Red World" or more like " World of Beautiful Red"?

I would use 氷の国の民 or 氷の国の人々 for the subtitle.

It's more like the World that is Red yet Beautiful. So I suppose "Beautiful and Red World", as you suggested?

Also, thank you for the help with the subtitle! :)

Then the most common one is 美しく赤き世界. (FYI, the Japanese title of The Beautiful Blue Danube by Johann Strauss II is 美しく青きドナウ.) Another option is 赤くも美しき世界. This one has a nuance of "yet".
