Times Trading Japan - is it a legitimate business?

I still don't understand why he refunded any funds. That's the part that doesn't make sense. Maybe he's not fully evil.
Either because I told him that I was going to approach the embassy or this fellah working for a person who doesn't communicate in English and he is taking advantage of it. He might tell them that all the money has been refunded and then he steals certain amount, therefore he is using different names and flat forms to send and receive money. That is my guess.

He sent me wrong car. After long waiting. And it failed all inspection. He doesn't have any cars. He is sending photos of another dealer.
Scam.

Hi,
I am from New Zealand. I bought one car from Times Trading Japan.
I got shipping details as per schedule it will reach here on 17th August.
I will confirm everything once I receive it.
Thanks
Hi everyone I got car. But it was not the ordered one. And it didn't pass any of inspections. I asked for refund but he did not cope well.
Actually he doesn't have any cars he showing cars from some other dealers. Scam.

Hey, I have ordered my vehicle from this company, still communication is going fine & smooth, Let's see what will happen.
BTW, I have received Bill of Leading. (BL)
Hi Andy, did you get the vehicle and was everything alright as you expected? Thank you

Hi Thomas, would you confirm that it is a sure bet the vehicle you ordered will be delivered when you get a soft copy and are able to track the ship and confirm it has been shipped and on the way.
Is there a possibility for the shipping line to ship back the car if you have not yet received the original BL hard copy?

Last Tuesday, Times Trading contacted us, requesting removal of this thread, as they were" facing trouble because of it."

They provided an address and a mobile phone number.

1. Times Trading Japan is located at Times Trading Japan Co, LTD 2944-199 Higashi Yamata, Koga-shi, Ibaraki Japan..
2. Its postal code is 〒306-0112.
3. The mobile number is +8180******** [Removed]

The address in their email and on their website is still inconclusive. We invited them to reply to this thread, address the issues raised and clarify any misconceptions their customers might have had.

I hope they can specifically comment on the findings of the Embassy of Uganda in Tokyo.

EDIT: The address written in Japanese (without the postal code) is
茨城県古河市東山田2944-199

For what it's worth, the address they gave maps to here.

If you zoom in all the way, you get this:

Thank you. We finally have a physical address for "one of the prominent companies in the market" (their words).

I have found this site very helpful.
I wish to find out if Times Trading Japan Co Ltd is a legitimate company. Am planning to buy some motor vehicle spareparts from them. Any information will be highly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

I have moved your post to the appropriate thread. Please read through it and draw your conclusions. :)

As it happened.......
17/11/2021: Sunny from Times Trading JapanCo Ltd contacted me on WhatsApp.
19/11/2021: He has sent pictures of a car on WhatsApp, also said that car will be received by me within three weeks/mid of December 2021. I liked the deal and asked him to send the invoice to my email.
Paid the money via bank account on the same day.
There was no more communication via email after 19/11/2021.
I had to chase him for update on WhatsApp.
8/12/2021: he said "applied for export process"
12/12/2021: he said shipping space is full and this happens every year.
I was wandering why he hasn't told me this at the first place, however that was a good reason for me to believe.
14/12/2021: I have organized a shipping agency from my country (NZ) and asked him to contact them. He said he will contact but he never contacted them.
19/12/2021: He said car will be sent on 28/12/2021, then he came back on 30/12/2021 and told me it is Goldenweek holiday in Japan, therefore people are busy here.
I was still patiently waiting................ as it's a holiday season.
03/01/2022: He said he was going to call a shipping company when I asked for an update.
04/01/2022: Luckily I have read all the comments posted on this forum. Thank you so much guys......
I was told him about this forum and told him that the way he behaves is giving me an impression that the comment posted on this particular forum is true.
He replied "they are competitor to us and misguiding you". I believed him and apologized.
05/01/2022: I have found another shipping company called "Autohub" through another agent (who was really kind to give their contact and their reference) and provided the details to Sunny. He said he has spoken to them and he was going to send the car on 17/01/2022.
17/01/2020: I have called Autohub to find out whether my car was sent; they said there was no car sent/schedule to NZ from this company.
18/01/2022: He said he will call me back with an update when I asked for an update again.
18/01/2022 evening: He said that the car has an oil leaking issue, so he has to fix them to send it out. I told him even an ordinary person can find out if there is an oil leak in the car; I was surprised that you could not figure it out.
I have asked him to refund my money , he said I have to be liable for remittance charge and I agreed to it.
19/01/2022: He said refund is in process
I asked him how can you refund it without getting my details. He immediately asked for my photo ID. I have sent all the bank details (advised my bank) including my full name, address, bank AC number, IBAN number, bank address, Swift code, BSB number/sorting code and routing code but I refused to give my photo ID and told him that I was going to approach the embassy if he mucks around furthermore.
I have also told him that I can send my photo ID to bank's/embassy's email address if necessary.
21/01/2022: He said money has been sent to Money transfer and I was given a pin number.
There was no answer when I asked how much have you paid.

I went to the MoneyGram and shocked. He has not send the full amount. Money was paid by a person called Qasim Iqbal and he has indicated to the money transferring company that I am his friend. Company name was not indicated and they have not mentioned me as a customer.

Now, he is saying that he has spent the rest of the money for transport, parking and his documentation.

The funny part is he told me that he is the only (genuine) one who can provide this much refund but other are not like this in Japan. He also advised me to not to buy car in Japan. I have replied him that "You learn to be honest and straight forward. Other companies are very helpful and honest there. Please do not spoil their reputations by this kind of behavior"

I will update if I recover my money.

This is my personnel experience so far. You can make your own decision.......

Hello, I will like get in touch with you as I paid these guys money for a vehicle and did not receive. Only to see these posts after. Appreciate any assistance.
