Time to piss you off...

oooo hello rose, my msn just totally went on me so here i am. basic lowdown: this guy has come with information that he thinks we all should and need to know. ignore the title of this thread about him wanting to piss us off cause it clearly didn't work to his first plan, so he moved on to the second plan of insulting us. maybe he thought that by doing that we'd beg him for j-rock knowledge.... again, he failed and we're not too pleased. but (and thats a reluctant but) he has brought good information about the history of jrock so try and just read the bits from that book of his and ignore the other silly comments he's made.

ha ha ha ha ha, thankz.

Funny really isn't it *stands of the sidelines and laughs*

Wow... so much happens when I go off to work. :D

Thanks guys for sticking up for me in my absence... 😌 it wasn't necessary but I appreciate it. I didn't know I had such and impact here 😊

Perhaps it is the way you word things that turns us all off. You didn't make a very good first impression and you came here with the intention of making the rest of us feel inferior and piss us off. If I were you I would be a little more open-minded to the forums community, you may ACTUALLY learn something from us. Shocking I know, but it's true.

Also take into consideration that all things that are written down are not exact truths. Not to mention you have said these 'bibles' are translated. A lot can be lost in translation or things can get misinterpreted or ever think things could be perhaps exaggerated. You shouldn't act as if your information is 100% true because there is always room for error.

All that said... sure I'll read your bible as long as I don't have to pay for it, don't have to join your religion, attend your church, make any sort of donation, or give you my soul. I do love reading. :p

lol, yeah... don't take her soul....
we're saving them for the D'espa boys :D

I think it's not our souls we're keeping for D'espairs Ray......... :D

hehe true true :D
yeah..... but they want our souls.....
we should all give them them :D

I probably should have put sarcasm tags around that. I wasn't serious 😌
There always seems to be a catch with these sort of things. I was trying to make light of the situation and prove further in a witty and sarcastic way that I wasn't interested. :p

hah
lol
i know... i was just carying it on :D

you did it very well... don't worry.... there was much amusment on this end :p

Caaaaaaaaaaandy! *bounces off the walls* :D

I really want caaaandy. :( Oh well... *runs off to grabs ome gum*

*already has gum*
:nana: <- we need to get that one on here.....

So what... so do I. :nana: (XD)

You know what... I'm feeling very evil. *runs off to find hardcore fans so outsmart* :devilish: :devilish: :devilish: Now what ridiculous rumor should I post to get their attention :?

HAHA!

ooooo we should think of a great one.... LMAO
that would be great... one thats blatantly not true... but we get everyone in on it... just to really confuse them :D

Well I guess I am a snofsy *****. :D

Oh, if I wanted friends then I would have been much nicerツ…. At least a little nicerツ… Ok I probably wouldn't be nice then eitherツ…

Er, bible comes form the Latin word which means collection of books. It has nothing to do with religion. Therefor pinkkillerkisou; this isn't a religious thing. It's a philosophical thing.

More about the actual context: First book: The theory of Japanese rock, Second book: The theory of Japanese rock 2 (More about artists in general), Third book: Memoirs (Hiiro's self biography), Fourth book: The somewhat endless thoughts and quotes from people whom we do not give a **** aboutツ… (The fourth book ironically contains tons of rumours, since it's quotes from fans and other similar people.)

Er, the mini mind map is the visual map of J-rock. It's about what they wear. You know, clothes.
J-poppers and J-rockers were dressed in certain way in the 60-70's and it evolved to blaha blaha see mind map. Harjuku is a street indeed and the harajuku girls are the ones showing off in Harajuku street, hence the name harajuku.

Oh yes, I do think we should listen to that guy/girl who said don't mind my other comments. Really I do.

And I have some friends here who shall remain nameless for their own protection, that tell me about the other forums. Really I wouldn't mind getting information from you too. (Hehe, think I've hit my head..)I would actually like it. F and R's are very entertaining. ( Oh my hide, I *really* must have hit my head ツ…) And the information that I provide is really just a way for you to make your own theories about it. Because no one's really written anything in there for a year. If you say anything interesting I could write it down in the fourth book and of course if you have any good comments about the remaining text I could add some notes. Reallyツ… (Shouldn't have drunken that last bottle of absintheツ…)

This book has just been translated once. By my mother. And I really do hope you're not saying my mother is bad translator.

Yeah I know, but this book is true. And no I didn't hear of that. Tell me.

Third page in the J-rocker bible

Translated by my mother:

ツ"Of course stage presence is also very important. In this case the Japanese rockers actually was more influenced by the western artists than their own traditional way to take on the stage. The way to act like your having sex on stage, using the microphone tripod as woman (Added note: Refers to early indie bands. Unfortunatelyツ…) was invented by famous American rocker Buddy Holly. (Added note: Believed to have evolved into fanservice.) But of course some bands still are influenced by the traditional way. Traditional; in the meaning to take on the stage like it was a theatre. (Added note: Although that could be mixed with Queens way of entering a stage.) Sometimes building up a magnificent stage or having a theme throughout the whole concert. (Added note: Malice Mizer.) But lets go back to the way Japanese rockers move on stage. Semi-standing on the speakers was invented by Ziggy Stardust. He was a great influence for Japanese rock, not just on the stage, but in lyrics and visual. Especially that elegant drag-queen aura around him. (Added note: Mana Sama crossed with a rainbow.*) And last, the most chaotic way to enter the stage: The way the punkrockers do it. Running around like crazy, screaming insulting words to the audience, masturbating and generally shocking the audience (Added note: Kyo.).

You could say, that it was when Japanese rock stopped being a underground cult that it started to mix with western music. (Added note: A question to think about may be, that if western music never influenced J-rock would we even have heard of it today?)

Okay, that's all for todayツ… and yeah this * means it was removen but I liked the description so I keeped it.

Hope I didn't miss any comments that I should have answeredツ…

Harajuku is not a street  It is an area in Tokyo. There is a huge street there called Takeshitadoori which has a lot of cool stuff on it.. :p

Oh I shall tell you more. But I don't know if I'll tell you more than the first book. Depends on the request.

Are you sure? Or maybe you're just one of those whom is weird without drinking. 😌

Okey. My mother knew the author, he gave the book to her, she translated it for me ( I don't know so much Japanese) and then she gave it to me. So it's mine. The fourth book may be added by fans but has recently only been added by the people who were there when the book was created.

Yeah I know, and he didin't even know who Kyo was when he wrote it the first time.

Oh good. Although she was a ***** when she went to "the last live" without me 😭

more to come later...

(Added note: mini mind map

Japanese rock and pop = visual

Japanese rock= visual kei |Japanese pop = lolitas

Visual kei and lolitas = harajukus

Japanese pop = manga influated |Japanese rock = gothic lolitas

ツ…ツ…)

This mini map shows only the visual "sideeffects" of differeent types. Not all Japanese pop are lolitas either, but from Japanese visual pop, a visual evolvation called lolita was made.
